Career Network Very Fishy Operating Practices - Does not answer your emails Orlando Florida

I have been contacted (4) times by this company to "apply for a great job" (funny how jobs on this site are also paying almost twice as much as other jobs in any given field) The first "application" was fine....filled out all information asked for even filled out references (which is NOT standard procedure).

Never heard back - but that isn't the issue. They have contacted me (3) more times - for basically the same position, with a couple of words changed, claiming they are brand new positions and asked me to fill out everything all over again - all (3) times. One time I could not even APPLY unless I signed up for continuing education - once I was also asked to allow them to retrieve my credit history (BIG NO ON THAT ONE)

I emailed them that I don't understand why - like on Monster or Career Builder - you can't just hit "APPLY FOR THIS POSSITION" button and everything fills in from previous application / resume. I mean...they contact my references EVERY TIME - that is both embarrassing to me and annoying to the people I have listed. Not to mention the fact, it takes a long time to enter everything for THE FOURTH TIME. It is the same application/information -nothing changes. Also why they ask for strange information that other employment agencies do not.

Needless to say - they have answered neither of my emails asking them about these practices. They are incredibly unprofessional - and I find it hard to believe that any credible company would trust them to do their staffing.
