Philadelphia branch of this school was closed abruptly without any notification or refund of class list fees for both CCNA (NA999, $2800) and CIW (SC999, $3200) classes that I was unable to finish due to the school's abrupt closing.

I was neither notified by telephone nor correspondence of this development. The telephones have been disconnected and there is no additional information in or around the school that notifies students of the change. The above mentioned fees are applied to students after course withdrawal. In this incident, the school has withdrawn their services and should be held to the same standard.

Earlier this summer classes were moved to another location in the same building. Neither the teachers nor the students were told that the office was closed permanently. We were only told that there was a problem with the office. No further details were provided.

Neither the teachers nor the students were told that the office was closed permanently. We were only told that there was a problem with the office. No further details were provided. Then classes were abruptly stopped at this location as well.

In order to get further information on this matter I called the New York office and was told the Philadelphia location was under renovations and the Philadelphia students were now attending the New Jersey location. This information appeared to be false, since the office was no longer listed on the directory of the building they occupied and no renovations look to be taken place at all.

The option of going to the New Jersey location was unacceptable. The nearest office was over 85 miles away in another state. The school contract clearly stated that the school could change, hours, fees and schedule but says nothing about location.

I contacted the president of Career Vision Raj Kalva about my refund. He agreed to the refund but I haven't heard any update on this matter after numerous calls and letters from myself and the better Business Bureau.

These fees would have been applied if I were to cancel my package before completion. In this instance the school has cancelled classes before my completion and should be held to the same standard.
