Carefree Boat Club Brian La Rue Carefree Boat Club and Owner Brian La Rue Lied to me and Only wanted my Money !!! Aventura Florida

Carefree Boat Club of Miami at Hi Lift Marina in Aventura, Carefree Boat Club of Fort Lauderdale at Sundance Marina,and Carefree Boat Club of Pompano at Aquamarina Hidden Harbour.

These 3 carefree boat clubs are ALL owned by the same owner Brian La Rue.

We are writing this complaint about Carefree Boat Club in the hopes to expose a very bad boat club owned by a complete liar named Brian La Rue.

Basically it will cost you $3500 down and $350 per month to join this boat club.This will entitle you to use all the Carefree Boat Clubs but since we live in Aventura Florida,We pretty much were using only the boat club here in Aventura Florida at the Hi Lift marina,We do not boat on Saturdays due to our religious beliefs and were able to negotiate a little better price, looking back the owner Brian La Rue only wanted our Money ! What a mistake we made by parting with our money ! As a member of the club you get 4 reservations at a time in the computer system called resnet,but you cant ever reserve any boats on the days that you want,the weekends are very hard if not impossible to reserve a boat.if you get lucky to reserve a boat you can only use it from 9-1230 or 130 to 5

We were told that we could use 2 reservations at one time and take a boat all day ,but this is impossible to do !

What really got us upset was that when we joined we were told that there were never any reservation troubles and always boats  available to use , this was a lie !!! it is impossible to get a boat reserved on the weekends !

The Aventura club only has 4 or 5 boats Not 6,7,8, boats like they will tell you..we were given a new boat to use the first 4 or 5 time we used the club but then were only able to reserve older boats that were not in good shape , this is called Bait and Switch ! We were told newer boats were coming but newer boats never showed up , more lies ! If you call to complain the Ownwer Brian La Rue will never call you back, If you get lucky and can get Brian La Rue on the phone he will promise you the world and will not do anything, he just wants your money !

When we got tired of never being able to reserve boats on the weekends always getting older boats and tired of Brian La Rue and his double talk, we decided to quit the club and ask for our money back, We got No money back and now must hire a lawyer to help us !

Stay away from Carefree Boat Club and its owner Brian La Rue !  Please learn from Our mistake you can not trust this boat club or its owner Brian La Rue !
