 My name is Joe I was hired by Carefree metal roofing to do metal roofs jobs on residential homes by James P Kenton and his partner Chris unknown last name short I noticed that on some of the jobs at the final payments they were short and he nickel and dimed me to get paid so I can pay my workers at the final straw I was doing a roof in Bedford on a charge a hundred and two square job when I reached 40 square of the job completed there was a substantial amount of would work that needed to be done before I can continue Roofing at this time he refused to pay me what he owed me for the remainder of the roof until the job was done along with the $8,000 worth would work that had to be done when I completed the job James showed up and received the final payment from the patrons that will paying for the roof told me he would be right back with a check for me called me up and said there was a check waiting at the bank for me give me directions to the bank when I got there it was for $1,000 not the the 15,000 that he owed me myself and my worker commits to going down to Marshfield to get the rest of the money he stated he was not there and that I was not welcome there and he liquidated and took off up to Maine my attorney is in pursuit of the 15000 + attorney fees and three times the amount which I will never get since he goes over 200,000 in other lawsuits and court-ordered fines and everything else just found out that he purchased a brand new Lexus as well up in Maine
