Cars are rusted out and sitting on flats. Sales person is beyond rude and has a script of how to "avoid paying for repairs" that borders fraud.  Literally.  A script.  I was left in the sales office, handed a group of non sensical documents asking me for 20 references (I'm not kidding) in the group of documents was a document labeled "AVOID REFER AVOID REFER" that listed how sales people are to answer questions when clients ask, "hey, can you fix these flat tires?" and other sensical questions. Lists how to avoid fixing items allegedly covered in the non existent 18 month warranty. All the cars a junk. Not one or two of the cars, literally, every single solitary car was junk, full of rust, and had at least one flat tire and 2 bald tires. Rude, obnoxious and crooked is how best to describe them. They talked to my wife like "a girl" when she was asking questions about our sons first car we intended to buy from them, until we saw the junk they had to choose from, when I entered, it was no better. To see their script was disgusting. Sales person should not be in sales. Ripoff. Ripoff. Ripoff.
