Carhop - UAC Manager Named "Randy" Carhop is a Bunch of Vultures Des Moines Iowa

My girlfriend and I visited the carhop due to our credit issues; however, we both work hard but have credit problems like most americans. I seen two specific vehicles on the lot that caught my eye. After a very lengthy questioniare we were informed that my lady had been approved, but that he couldn't sell the car she and I wanted because he said he "didn't have the title". The car was a white convertible parked at the front of the lot with a buyers guide and warranty sticker on it.
Long story short, they bring you in with nice vehicles then try to sell the crappy ones to you and triple the price...
I contacted U.A.C., their corporate partners and finance company, only to be given the run around. It took me quite awhile just to be able to find a number for their office.
These people are unethical and the prey on good people who have been down on their luck...
They tried to force the car down my girl's throat, and tried to convince her that they didn't have the titles or for some other reason could not sell her a decent vehicle.
It is disgracful that these people continue to be able to hold a business. Furthermore, they are breaking laws; such as, false advertisement.
