caribbean cruise line phone calls from h**l !!!!! Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I am a little late on the rip off that took over $200.00 from my checking acct in 2009.I thought it was ok because my sister use to work for a telemarketing co. that sold cruises among other promos . She was at my home when I recieved the call.We sat and asked question after question even feeling good that we were covering our selves by asking detailed info.The person on the phone was trying to get me to go to a resort near the port because this was the reason for the discounted cruise offer!We were also offered a free renta car to get back and forth to the port which was 45 min. from the resort and an extra nite at the resort when we returned.However my sister lives in fla. and we didnt want to stay and go through the siminar for time shares,so I told her "no" we only wanted the cruise.She was very insistant but finally agreed and said I could always change my mind when I booked.Within a week I recieved phone calls asking me to book with the resort and was offered more free stay.I politly said no agian and continued over the next couple months to recieve calls about my using the resort stay!I had lots of personnal things happening and sort of forgot about the cruise until my sister asked when we were going to go.She came up last summer and we proceeded to the web site off the mail I recieved.Just like one of the other complaints said no info. on the site. So I called and was told I could book and we proceeded to attempt to choose a date and all the dates we picked were full! And we were forced to get an upgrade for travel but when we tried to book we were told only certain cruises were for this promo and we could only upgrade if available on those ships.I decided to wait and call back maybe things will come available.I recieved a call from them a week before christmas '11 telling me that I could book but had to pay a fee for waiting too long to book and he was calling to give me the options.Option 1 you book pay fee and remaining balance,REMAINING BALANCE! Yes $899.00 .I told the man I did not owe any balance and he said "you think that you paid in full for a 2 day cruise ?"I told him yes and he said a supervisor would be contacting me about this.I then asked if all phone calls are recorded he replied yes so I told him that when the supervisor called me I wanted to hear the recording of that call ! I have not heard anything since and its been about a month ,but Im still out my original $.Fortunatly the card I used has been changed and they cant get to me.Thanks for listing my complaint and be sure that I will check here before I buy agian.TAMMI
