Shame on you Caribbean Cruise Lines. I remember when Caribbean Cruise Lines was on top of their game. I would dream about one day taking an awesome relaxing cruise. Like I said “remember back when”

Now it is Buyer Beware Caribbean Cruise Lines has gone from selling dream vacations to ripping people off! Unfortunately, I also became a victim to the Caribbean’s Cruise Lines new way of doing business “Sucker Them In”

The Cruise Line product is now relying on all kinds of shady practices and training untrustworthy sales and customer representatives to go after your money without care for ethical or moral values. 

My trouble started in 2013 when I had the unfortunate pleasure of receiving a phone call from a well trained Caribbean Cruise Lines sales representative. The representative was extremely friendly and the sales pitch had me smiling from ear to ear I thought what a great vacation opportunity at a great price wow I’m out of here!

I explained to the sales rep that my fear with purchasing pre paid vacations from programs like he is offering was that they were mandatory and non-refundable. The sales representative explained to me that the Caribbean Cruise Line had a very relaxed and open minded booking policy and that If I paid in full I would have (1) year to cancel my trip with no further obligations or consequences and that after a (1) year there would be just a minimal fee.

Well, fast forward a few months I decided that I would cancel this trip and get a refund.  I called and as soon as I mentioned the purpose of my call I was put on hold and got the normal round around and disconnects. Finally, I was promised a call back from a supervisor after a couple of days with no call back from Caribbean Cruise Line I decided to follow up. After several failed attempts I finally had a conversation with a supervisor who stated that the trip was non- refundable and that I had 3 choices; pay for an extension, loose my entire trip or go on the trip.

After countless calls I gave up. I began researching the company and that’s when I realized that the Caribbean Cruise Line is ripping people off daily and that I wasn’t going anywhere by calling them.

With this new knowledge I am beginning a new more aggressive approach against Caribbean Cruise Line. Since, I am forced to take this trip I ordered 200 t-shirts with large lettering on them informing everyone Buyer Beware Caribbean Cruise Line is a Rip Off. I will make my opinion well known at the MANDATORY hour to 90 minute presentation they have scheduled for us. I am 100% sure that I will meet other people who also got ripped off “NO WORRIES” I have extra T-Shirts. I am
