This company is broke, can not pay his bills, lies to his employees. Owes me payroll and re-emburstment money cause the company credit card is always declined.Beware of going down to st,thomas or the domincan republic to work for this company

Well look... Mark A Park finally responded! It only took 2 years.. you have been too busy trying to sell that company, and had no takers, obviously. As for paying me back the money you owed, you are no man of " your word " as you told me the day I paid for my flight back to Las Vegas. And the rooms you say I stayed in, supposedly without you knowing, but at the time you said you would pay me back and "your word means something".  However, your credit card was declined once again. You told me to stay at that hotel since Dave flooded that condo twice and the carpet was soaked and was a smelly swamp.

I find it funny that you say since I was a new employee and had a $500 limit a day (untrue, more like per month) on the credit card, because first of all, that credit card was also tied to Dave, your other employee who has worked for you for a year or so, and was declined for him half the time also. When I was in Jamaica I couldn't buy parts for PriceSmart, and once again, I had to use my credit card. When I asked you why my card keeps being declined you blamed it on your wife.

I did apply for work with your company; but the lack of work was all I got. During the interview process, you verbally committed to at least 60 hours a week, however, I don't believe I got 40 hrs more then once the entire time that I was there. Then you say "I can only give you 30 hrs a week " because you could not afford more than that right now.  "Everyone is still there" is another lie. You had 3 employees when I was there, one of whom, Richard from the D.R, you stiffed him for thousands and does not work for you anymore. I'm told you owe others in the D.R as well. I quit. That leaves one employee............""Everyone still here" is Dave, I guess. 

What you refer to as "whining on the internet" is simply an effort to warn other people who might consider working at this company.  It is the whole point of this website, exposing "ripoff" employers, like youself.

My name is Mark A. Park. I am the owner of Caribbean Refrigeration and Mechanical. The gentleman who wrote this was a new employee used to living large in Vegas. He was sent to the Dominican Republic for a small remodel. We had a 4 bedroom condo rented for the use of the guys there. This was a very nice place, one room per person. He decided that wasnt good enough for him, so he, without permission, checked himself into a $200 a night hotel. He was a new employee. His card had a $500 a day limit. His card was denied. He put it on his own card. How am I responsible for that? If I owe him wages, file a complaint, dont whine on the internet.

You came to me looking for work. Everyone else is still here.
