carinfo1 website said $1. for a car information report. I was immediately charged $1. plus $19.95, Internet

The website leads you to believe you will receive a report with the same information as carfax for $1., they show you a comparison showing the $1. figure and listing all that you will receive for $1. and show in comparison that you will pay $39.95 for an equivalent carfax.   After you agree to their terms, you will find out that you have agreed to pay $19.95 per month for a one year period.  This cannot possibly be considered to be anything else BUT A SCAM.
