Purchased a food cart through Ebay from this guy. After several month of delays, broken promises and threats he finally shipped a food cart. The food cart that he shipped was not the one in the pictures he sent us and arrived badly damaged and unfinished. The material was extremely light weight, sharp unfinished edges all over, many rivets missing, and the gas lines were thin coper piping with hand drilled holes. Not usable and a severe safety Hazard. We rejected the delivery and asked for a refund several times and have not heard back from him.
He informed us that he had heavily insured the cart for shipping. The crating for the cart was so poor that 90 percent of it was gone on arrival.
After research on the web we found several other reports of the same guy with the same scam from Virginia. Seems his guy moved to Deltona florida and has started his scams again under different business names.

Law enforcment refuse to act so we would be very happy to join a class action law suit. We have his home address if that would help.

I too went through the same thing with this man. I am attempting to put together a class action lawsuit. Please let me know if you are interested in joining or can provide any updated information.

Names that Mr. Rios is using are JRBarts Arts Company and Fathers 4 son, Inc. Still no answers to our email or response to a BBB or IC3 Complaint.
