Carly Crutchfield, Scammed me for not paying rent. Sydney, Australia

Carly Crutchfield rented my penthouse apartment off me from September to late November 2003 at
Terry Road Dulwich Hill , she was 23 years old 

The penthouse was worth $700 in rent per week. Her share was $350 a week. 
She moved in and after about  4 months and a long list of excuses, she NEVER paid me one cent rent or the bond, she had me fooled as she is so convincing kept coming up with all kinds of stories of excuses

After months of this crap from her, I had to ask her to move out of my property.

She finally moved outand she left the place in a wreck leaving me to pay for all her damages AND OWING ME OVER $6,000

This penthouse apartment was my pride and joy I built myself, and to have someone as low as her to move in with no respect for anything and not payany rent was appalling

Seems she is now sprooking to be a so called property developer etc since she was 18 HA .... she was defiantly NO propertydeveloper or NO property investor when I  knew her. She had no money and leached of others that did, thats what she is good at.(obviously)

Seems she has taken it to a whole new level with Ccorp and ripping of hundreds of people with false and misleading information BEWARE OF CARLY CRUTCHFIELD - She is a criminal and a lier!
