Car_mart Of Tulsa ripoff Tulsa Oklahoma

My wife and i Bougth a car from car mart of tulsa at 11th and sheridan. I got the extended warrenty that they offer to you when you buy the car. After having the car 1 month I already had problmes with the car. He started ignition coal went out. They told my that I needed to pay a 50.00 to get it fix. After I got my car back they told me that they need to put more spark plugs in the car.

I told them that I can not afford not to have my car in the shop any longer. So I went and bought the sparks plugs and wires myself and my car still was acting up. I took the car back in and they told me that they will get it fix. After they fix the car. I had the car for 2 more months and the piston rods broke on my car, and they didn't want to fix it. I ask around to diffrent mechanics in the tulsa area and they told me that the reason why my car broke down was the cuz of the same problem that I had before when my car went in the shop,

They called me and told me that they have a car that I can buy that was wreck, for the engine but they wanted stuff off of the car if I buy it from them that. A previous client who bought the car from them to, and it was wreck. I am not going to buy a wreck car for the engine and have them tell me that they want stuff off of the car after I buy it. They would have someone put the engine in but i have to pay half of the repairs and then they would stick the other half would go on my car payment at the end. So I am not going to do that I quit making payments on my car period. Now they are taking me to court to sue me for the rest of the car after I told them to come get that piece of crap.

I don't think I have to pay a dime to them due to the car is not worth anythng at all. I can't afford for the car mart to garnish me cuz I have 2 kids, and my wife does not work. I am the only one working to support my family and if I get garnish then I won't be able to buy diapers for my daughter and buy food and clothes for my kids, and won't be able to pay my bills cuz they want to garnish me over a car that was worth nothing.
