Carmax Ripoff sold me a car that keeps breaking down and they don't fix them correctly White Marsh Maryland

I bought a 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan in February of this year (2005). I took it in several times to get fixed in the first 30 days because they will fix anything for free in that time period.

Since February, I have had my van back in their service department many times to get fixed. Each time it has gone back, they have fixed at least one thing that they had already fixed along with any new problem I was having.

They have attempted to fix a jerking that it is doing 5 times. One of those times they didn't know what I was talking about so they just didn't attempt to fix it and didn't tell me until I went to pick that van up. I was under the assumption it was being fixed. If I knew it wasn't being fixed I would have driven it for them to show them what I was talking about.

The van is still under warranty but each time I take my van in I have to pay a $50 dollar deductible. As often as it breaks down I can't afford to keep paying that.

The other day I told my husband I don't even want the van anymore because it's going to kill me. The next day the breaks gave out on me with my 2 kids and my friends 2 kids who I was babysitting. They are all under the age of 3. Thankfully, I didn't have an accident.

I wrote 2 letters to the President of the company and I have yet to hear back.

I bought this van because I was starting to put too much money into my old car that I had no payment on, and now I have a payment and I keep having to get this fixed.

Something needs to be done.
