Carmen Martinez is a weirdo. I rented a room from her in Lancaster California at 6218 Eagle Court 93536 and it was the worst experience in my life.
I was her first tenant and she told me that after I moved in she would rent out one of her other two bedrooms. Then she rented out every room in the home some to multiple roommates and made me share a bathroom with at least five different people. She even had craiglisters sleep on the couch occasionally.
The worst part was her drug use and prostitution services. I can't believe she would rent to someone like me when she lives the type of life she lives. She smokes pot daily and crystal meth at least occasionally. In fact, the entire home smells of marijuana and weed and on top of that she provides escort services to strange men that would come to the home (sometimes two at a time).
I was there four weeks and asked for my rent and deposit back and she refused - even though I damaged nothing in my room. She comes off very sweet when she's not high, but she's an addict and evidently she'll do anything to score her drugs including prostitute herself, turn tricks, and sleep with total strangers all day long for money. She's a drug addict and a wh*re. Steer clear of this person if she ever tries to rent to you.

I can't speak to the veracity of any of the claims listed on this page, but I do know that the Carmen Riley / Carmen Martinez living at that residence is the same person in these pornographic photos that can be found on several porn sites under various names.

I am a former colleague of Mrs. Carmen Riley formerl Carmen Martinez and she is indeed a liar and a thief. She is a person of very low integrity and i would be very leery of ever doing business with her or associating with her in any way. \
She has a long track record in the sex industry that she likes to blame on her rough childhood. Howeve, there is no excuse for consistently lying, cheating, and stealing from almost all of her business partners or at least all of the ones i know of, includng myself. She does her best to present herself as professional and "changed", but it's all an act, an act most con artists ascribe to.
She is really scum. She will lie, cheat and steal every last penny you have and smile at you while she's stealing it with no remorse of any kind. If i were you i would avoid her at all costs. She's a w***e. She's a thief. And she's a deceitful piece of s**t.

Yes, I have made some mistakes in my life. I've worked in the sex industry and used illegal drugs.
I have done some very bad things that have hurt both myself and the people I love, but I am now trying to move on.
