I have been waiting for my flooring for 4 months. I wonder if I'm ever going to get it. Sounds like they have several problems. I've tried to cancel, but they said they will charge me a big fee for doing so.

They are scum bags and I don't like the way they treat me. I hear they run several web sites and take advantage of customers like me.
