My experience was a nightmare. I went in on a Tuesday, found a car, made a deal with the manager BRAD, and told him I couldn't pick it up until Thursday. He assured me that was fine. I offered to leave a check, my card information SOMETHING to hold the car for me until Thursday and he PROMISED me that it was unnecessary to do tha. So today is Thursday and they apparently sold it. But come to find out I called and it's still there, they just don't want to value our offer. Pathetic.
