Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Working with Carrie Leber of Leber PR has been a nightmare. She is a one woman show and struggles to get the job done. I had more results when I handled PR myself. After paying a decent fee and patiently waiting months I saw little results. When I asked for updates and a plan of action to correct this she was unresponsive. Struggling to get media placement is not my biggest issue, my issue is being ignored by someone I paid for a service and her lack of interest in me once I was displeased with her service. Her website shows few credible and recent media hits, I should have taken that as a hint but I was assured she could do more. I guess not! Buyer Beware!

This "report" is a fraud and was written by Brittany Bailey from Press Who after a dispute over the validity of a product they are trying to sell me - I was told on June 9, 2016 that if I did not pay for a product that I had ordered but then cancelled before it was received, they would list a complaint here (blackmail).
I have attached a copy of the email stating the intention to blackmail via this format.
However, the fact of the matter is that our firm was a client of theirs, not the other way around, and they were attempting to rip me off. A complaint has been filed against them here.
Furthermore, our firm has many happy clients and we've been in business for more than 10 years without a complaint. If a client had a sincere complaint or misgiving about working with us, we would work to mediate the problem to a mutual satisfaction.

The person who filed this report has not ever been a client of this firm- in fact it is the result of a person who tried to sell me a falsified PR list - when I would not pay she emailed and told me she would trash my reputation on Rip Off Report and other websites. Her shady company is in fact the subject of numerous complaints on this forum.
