A/C unit is 4 years old, at 3 years developed leak in coil. At 4 years, motor broke and 5 electronic  parts in control unit, burnt out. Comany refuses to add 1 year to 5 year warrenty.

 

Previous unit from builder was 15 years old and hand NO work done on it.
