I received a loan modification from GMAC and adhered to the agreement. GMAC recorded the loan modification with the County of Orange. GMAC has since sold the note to Carrington Mortgage Services Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC

Carrington has since initiated foreclosure proceedings against me. I have adhered to the agreement and I have made numerous attempts to get them to rectify the situation and they have yet to. Carrington is also showing on my credit report that they have sold or transferred my loan. They have not sent me anything stating that they sold it. In fact, they said they still have it. I printed copies of my credit report that shows they transferred or sold it. Please help.
