Was employed by Carroll Fulmer Logistics as a company driver. First they make the driver buy load locks and straps for load protection and do not reimburse the driver for the equipment they require you to have. Second if you have an accident in your first 90 to 120 days you will be fired because the safety director Mike Bates will say it was charageable and has to let you go. I had my first accident in 16 years that was a rear end caused by a lady who failed to yeild the right of way to me on I 10 westbound and she admitted to cop ( a local biloxi ms. cop) who did write this fact in report or so i was told by Bates. I was fired and the company withheld my lasy paycheck to cover the damage to their truck because they are out to not pay for anything and always blame the driver and pass the cost off to the driver, with their low, and I do mean low starting pay.

*****************WHO PAYS FOR THE ACCIDENT IN YOUR PERSONAL CAR???***********

First statement the driver makes is true, you are required to have load locks, but that is part of the job. If you do not agree with that, do not take the job. Now the rest of this guys complaint, is real proof on how ridiculous the stuff posted on this site really is... He says that if you have a accident during your probation period(120 days), we will discharge you. Of course think about it.. It is your probation period, plus we have the duty of making sure the general public is safe. So if you cannot drive safely during your probabtion period, when are you going to driver safe(not to speak of he had one of the worst kind of accidents you can have(rearend). Just a side not we do not hire anyone that has had a rearend accident in the last 5 years.. just a side note. Last not surely not least which I consider the best part. We made him pay the deductible for the accident. This is true. Why in the world should the driver not be responsible for the deductible?? If you get in an accident in your personal car and you ARE AT FAULT!!! Who pays your deductible? Any time you are behind a wheel of a vehichle and cause a accident you are responsible for the deductible...See this website is bogus, this guy complains about something is accurate but is common sense and the way life works in this country. What does you paying for an accident YOU caused have to do with anything that is wrong? This website is a waste of time and this is a great example of it.
