Cars 101 ripoff Oxnard California

Cars 101 is the biggest joke of a car dealership. I am really supprised that they are still in buisness. This dealership will do anything for a deal. They practices a method called "kicking trades" in a very dishonest way. What they will do is if you are upsidown in your trade they will tell u that they will sell your car for you. they ask you to leave the keys with them and when a coustomer is interested in the car they will sell it for you. Thats bullshit why would they do that? they dont make a dime doeing it so why would they waste the time. Well what happens to the coustomer is they leave the car and it sits in the parking lot for months. during this time the coustomer recieves main from the lender about the unpaid car payment. Remember they have purchased a car from cars 101 so now they have 2 car payments. So now these cars sit untill a salesman moves it onto a city street so it does not get repo'd in the dealerships parking lot. After all this has happened the coustomers credit is destroyed. This dealership is as shady as they come. These coustomers are bringing the Bunnin automotive group buisness and they are getting screwed and the dealership is making tons of money. The ****** up thing is if people try to fight this the dealership mamagers just deney that it ever happend. they can get away with this because they do not include this in the contract. They salesman on the lot have the keys for the cars and they can do whatever they want with them. These are not their cars they dont have any right to drive them or take things off of them. These coustomers trust the dealership to give them their buisness and the dealership takes advantage of them. On top of all of this the cars they sell fall apart a few weeks after the coustomers buy them. The windows stop working the transmition fails a variety of things go wrong. So in the end a coustomer will trade in their perfectly fine car and then get it repo'd and then thier credit goes to s**t and then to top it off their car they just bought falls apart. I would not recomend this dealership to anyone under no secumstances dont be stupid go to a certified dealership that wont take advantage ofr you or a fomily member.
