C.A.R.S - CARS COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SERVICES WARRANTY Complete Scam - Will Not Pay Claims - Will Not Honor Contract Agreement At All Murrysville Pennsylvania

I am a dealer in San Antonio, TX. I have sent this warranty company multiple contracts that I have sold to my customers. Fortunately, I have not had any claims until this last weekend. A customer called to confirm coverage due to a mechanical breakdown and they denied their claim stating they never received the faxed contract. We sent the contract via fax 3 times and have proof that it was sent. When we advised them of this they stated there was nothing they could do to help. Coincidentally, another dealer in this same area experienced the exact same problem with them on the 29th of August.

What a coincidence, right? C.A.R.S. told me they have never had a problem with another dealer or company EVER!! Yeah right. The "Regional Sales Manager" was no help either, he lied and stated there was nothing he could do, spoke to his boss and he stated nothing he could do, asked to talk to a decision maker and would not connect. These people are scammers, and we are the dealer. I can't imagine how they treat their customers trying to file claims. After speaking with several mechanic shops around here, they have had problems getting them to pay for the correct parts and for new parts. Apparently they tend to puch salvaged parts onto their customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!
