REFUSAL TO HONOR AUTO EXTENDED WARRANTY AGREEMENT.

VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIR.  C.A.R.S. WILL ONLY PAY $140 OUT OF AN $1900 REPAIR BILL.  REPAIRS/PARTS APPEAR TO BE COVERED BY EXTENDED WARRANTY.  I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS AS WELL AS SENT A LETTER TO C.A.R.S REGARDING THIS MATTER WITH NO RESOLUTION OFFERED.
