I recieved a letter in the mail stating that my auto warrenty was about to expire. I recently just moved to a new house so couldnt find all my paper work but was sure I hadnt had my car for the 5 yrs I knew my warrenty protected me for. After searching through all my important documents without finding the paper work I needed to prove this to be wrong I decided to try calling my bank through which I got the loan for the car and the warrenty. I was told that my bank has never dealt with "CarSafe" and that is not who my warrenty is from. This company is a complete fraud and sends out false paperwork trying to scam people into spending money on renewing a warrenty that isnt even through them or about to expire. Do not respond to these letters or give them in of your information!

When you received that mailer, no where on it did it state that it was from your bank, dealership, or the manufacturer. It states that it is from CarSafe LLC. The mailers get sent out before the current warranty expires. We DO NOT tell any customer whatsoever that we are any other company than CarSafe.

As bad as it sounds most people ASSUME we call them, we don't, never have, never will... Honestly I do not understand why people get upset with mailers, you don't take it out on the people who send you junk mail do you? If you don't want it disregard it. No reason to go out of your way and be jacka@@...

Also if anyone had any questions, call customer service and ask them. It's absolutely amazing what you can find out when your cordial.
