Both companies charged my account for subscriptions. However, I emailed them regarding this matter and was assured they will remove the charges within seven business days. All charges were, in fact, removed in two business days.
Unlike most others I have read herein, I knew who it was I had dealings with. I had purchased one web site subscription and when I went in to cancel that subscription I saw a second one was added without my authorization. So I emailed them regarding that and they removed both items - which is just as well. Anyhow, they may be feeling some pressure now (with a lot of people complaining) and removing these charges if you contact them. I'm sure that since these charges are regarding xxx web sites that most do not openly complain to them and they will make a ton of extra money this way on those that are unable or unwilling to openly lodge a complaint.
