Carson Toyota Crooks Liars Ripoffs Thieves Carson California

Make no mistake, Carson Toyota sales and finance department is chock-full of liars, crooks, and thieves. When I bought my car from there a few months ago I was told that they would accept the AAA agreed price. I told them okay, and that I was on my way down to buy the car and would be there in an hour.

When I got there the salesman said the finance manager would not accept that price, additionally supposedly someone else wanted to buy the same car (the only one on the lot I was told) and their salesman was coming in our little office every five minutes saying that I better make a good offer otherwise their people would get the car. (probably a setup) I wanted the car bad so I made an offer (per my salesman's suggestion) that was three thousand over what these crooks said what they would accept.

When I got the car, the salesman took the floor mats out of the trunk and and said "If I mail him the survey to fill out and send to toyota he would mail the mats to my home)However, this crook salesman lied and never did that.

Being totally disgusted with these liars I have called the management there several times with their assurance to do "whatever is necessary" to satisfy me, and they never once called me back, or returned my calls.

I told these crooks if they fixed this problem I would send the two people I had who also wanted to buy Toyotas. Those two people soon after bought their Toyotas from another Toyota dealership with no problems. This other dealership said that carson Toyota was know by everybody in the business to be crooks and liars, even someone at AAA told me they were that's why AAA would not allow them to offer service to their members, or recommend the Carson Toyota dealership. Five months have passed and these liars never fixed this problem as promised, or called me.

I will NEVER take my car there for service, or buy another car from them, or refer friends, or family to these downright CROOKS!
