Hired Andy to do work for me before.  He did okay work.  I recommended him to a friend who berated me when his plumbing job took 3-4 days for him to complete.  Gave him more work of which he took the money and never completed it.

Do NOT do any business with Andy or give him any cash.  He's a liar, a coward, and often does less-than-mediocre work.
