First let me tell you that I have used this company before, and advised my coworker not to use them because their products were unreliable.  Well, he didn't listen and bought $100.00 worth of cartridges (black) from them for me to use in my printer. Of course the first cartridge did not work because the printer kept telling me the ink was too low, and the second error message told me to replace with the right cartridge.  The printer was unable to read the cartridge.  I have an hp printer, and have never had a problem with cartridges except this place cartridge world.  So, I took them back to get my money back and re buy them at office depot.  Guess what? They only give store credit. Three of the cartridges that my printer did not recognize were full, and two others that were barley used were 3/4 full.  The others were usable, but ran out of ink very fast.  So, after getting my store credit, I ordered two original hp ink cartridges which gave me a balance  owing $2.81.  I was told I could pay this when I picked them up in two days. 

When we go to get the new cartridges, the very rude workers told me the price went up while in transit from the manufacturer to the store (I guess) and now I owed $10.00 more dollars.  The very rude customer service worker told me that the owner did not want to eat this cost so if I wanted them to pay up or don't come back again. What? I asked for my money back, and was told I could only have store credit.  Don't use this company.  Theie merchandise is faulty, printers do not recognize reconditioned cartridges, workers are very rude and nasty.  I also found out that this company uses, and refills these cartridges over and over and over.  Believe me when I tell you that a new hp ink cartridge lasts me about six months, and when you can get one of these pieces of garbage to work it only lasts a few weeks.  A very big rip off.  You don't save any money here, and the workers treat a customer like crap.  You would think in this economy a company would bend over backwards to keep business. Not cartridge world.  I don't see them staying in business very long, and I'm sure that I am not the only one who has received this terrible, rude, unprofessional service if you can call it that.  Beware, and you have been warned.  Lesson learned at my expense.

Galaxy Construction is a HUGE scam with rude, lying employees

Obviously this Galaxy Construction employee is disgruntled, and the fact her company is allowing her to make these baseless allegations, shows that company itself is a HUGE scam.

I had offered to talk to the Owner of Galaxy but he/she has never bothered to respond.  That shows this is really a smear campaign by a disgruntled company employee who has nothing better to do with her time.

I welcome an investigation of our company by any third independent and impartial party.  By the same token, Galaxy should be ready to be investigated by them and publish their report.

We are so confident that we will pass with flying colors, that I have no hesitation in making this offer.  This store has made record sales month after month despite the gnawing recession here in Las Vegas.  If we were so bad as portrayed by the lying, cheating, alleger, do you think we will have hundreds of loyal customers?

Customer service is for us a privilege and we excel at it except when customers lie, cheat, and use obscene words like this alleger did.  Our prices are the best in Las Vegas and we offer after-the-sale service that is second to none.

As the Owner of the store, I welcome any honest, reasonable customer who is reading this to come and try us out.  If they mention they came because they read this, they will be offered a present just for trying us out.

Cartridge World Is A Huge Scam

I have proven my point.  You can clearly tell these people will make anything up to look good.  It's obvious these people are angry, combative, disgruntled who work for and at this cartridge world.  They can make anything up they want, but just try to use this company and see how you are treated. Not to mention their poor lack of service.  Again, beware of this ripoff company.

Baseless allegations by Construction Company employee

I have personally investigated the allegations in this report, and find no substance to any of them.

The employee of Galaxy Construction forgets to mention that these cartridges were bought over 4 months ago, on December 7, 2009. The computer record shows 6 cartridges were bought @$13.99 each, which is a huge discount to what is available in other stores in Las Vegas.

It is hard to believe the customer did not use any of them until this month.  If they were unused, it is quite possible the ink could have dried up when exposed to elements of whether.  However, since we are very customer-oriented and like to give the benefit of doubt to our customers, the Manager of the store offered her store credit even though she had no receipt.  He further offered to buy her brand new HP cartridges even though she was the one who was rude, and using abusive language. No one in the store was disrespectful of her or said that the Owner will not eat the cost.  She never bothered to even talk to me.

When the new cartridges came, we realized HP had raised the prices slightly in the intervening time.  She became abusive again, and called store employees "f**** stupid."

Such behavior is unacceptable, and she is not welcome in this store now or in the future.  If the Owner of Galaxy wishes to talk to me, I will be more than glad to.  In the mean time I will tell people I know not to go to Galaxy construction.
