Cartvertising  Will not pay because I will not turn leads! Houston Texas 

I left Cartvertising after being assigned to a big mouth no action sales rep that I set appointments for to show business owners ads that Cartvertising offers in grocery stores. The requirerments for this so called job is to find your own leads and set appointment for the sales rep to offer advertising to the business owner on the grocery cart of partisapation stores in their area for commission sales.  The appointment setter gets $8.00 an hour part-time and $50.00 if a sales rep makes a sale from the business owner to advertising on the grocery cart!  Here is where the trouble is, this sales rep cherry pick hour many hours the appointment setter can work!  My supervisior said I could work up to 29 hours a week, wrong!  The greedy sales who paid half you hourly wage should to paid $4.00 a hour out of your wages, so you are at there greedy control as how many hours you can work!   And when a sales rep does not close a sale with an business owner it is the fault of the appointment setter who did not qualify the lead in the first place!   I worked with a dumb sales rep who bragged all the time about her closing rate, and she had the worst people skills ever and they just kept find new victim or appointment setters to work with this sales rep know full well she had problems every appointment setter who was assigned to work with her!  This sales rep had a bad closing rate with buisness owners and was just plain rude to work with!   Well I asked to be resigned to another sales rep and he was a even biger losser!  He first called the rude sales that I asked not to work and treated like a uneducated fool, which I am not!  So I quit, and the last sales rep boss over is over all the employee called me and demanded all my leads that I found and generated, or I would not be paid!  I am not turning over any leads that have not generated any appointments, that is my right!  Cartertising would just give that rude sales rep my leads and let someone else calll on them any way, how is that right!
