Carx too expensive for a sloppy work Plainfield Indiana

I got my tax check back in Feb. and decided to get my brakes done. I called around, Carx quoted me the cheapest price so I took it there. They inspected the brakes and told me it didn't need anything except the rotors. They gave me a price of almost $600. I told them go ahead and do the front two, they came back and told me they would take off the labor for the back two if I would like the back ones done. That made the price about $450, so I agreed.

I got the rotors done, paid, then left. About 20 minutes later my car makes this whirring noise and the traction control light came on. It was a nice sunny, warm day. There was no ice or snow. I don't zoom around, I have two toddlers to make me drive safe. Then whenever I stopped at a light, stepped on the accelerator, or made a turn it made that funny noise again. The noise would last about 5 seconds. After a while, it would make that noise for 15 seconds and the traction control and ABS lights would come on, then automatically shut themselves off.

I finally got the money to take it to (((competitor's name redacted))) today. They fixed me serpentine belt, thermostat, and did a radiator flush. They could not figure out why the traction control and ABS were messing up. On my way home it didn't do it, so I called (((redacted))) back and told them about it. They told me it had to have been a harness knocked loose when I had my rotors done. He thinks when the mechanic at (((redacted))) was trying to figure it out, he inadvertantly fixed the problem. The poor guy spent about an hour trying to figure it out.
