 I left the business of Cary Costa & sports rehab in More pain due to caustic cary costa! cary was arrogant, rude and unbelievably incompetent! OC Sports Rehab in Lake Forest is the WORST physical therapy center. No wonder it was empty. cary clearly had no idea what he was doing. I will never come back and I feel compelled to warn anyone in need of physical therapy Do not come here. I'm still in pain from cary poking around where he shouldn't have. He was also 40 minutes late for my appt. He was trying to sell someone his services I should have done as they did and left but I wanted to give it a try. Big mistake. cary spent just 8 whole minutes on so called "therapy" which consisted of him asking silly questions that had nothing to do with my injury and pressing on my injuries. I told him I had surgery and to stop poking where it hurt. He should have been paying attention to what he was doing, instead his eyes were everywhere else but my injured area he was supposed to be working on. Another big red flag... he walked away after just 8 mins. Didnt explain anything to me, just told his apathetic assistant put a useless hand held Tens unit on me for 6 minutes.. same hand held Tens unit u can buy for $25 anywhere. Most other PTs use a professional grade tens unit. Not this place! Totally apart from the fact that these treatments seem to have absolutely no value whatsoever, it seems that OC Sports Rehab was just trying to "milk" my insurance by administering luke warm heat and micky mouse tens "treatment". What a complete waste of my time. I noticed that all the bad reviews for this place was (for some strange) reason was removed and has tons of fake good reviews. This joke of a PT clinic isn't worth giving another chance. I won't risk more damage with incompetent cary. This is a REAL review. You can fake good reviews but no one would waste time making up a bad review unless it was warranted. I wish I was forewarned about this awful place. I also reported this to my insurance.
