don't let this  happen to you !! i am a 58 year old physician who moved from seattle to phoenix az . someone reffered cascade moving to me in seattle . my mistake i called CASCAD RELOCATION IN KENT WA . when i asked RICHARD the sales agent if it was the same company he replied 100 % yes . i di have 2 in home estimates from well know co's mayflower and atlas . being a busy physician i did not due my due dilgence , i trusted richard . the price from cascade was nearly half , when i inquired why he said they save money by not doing in home estimates . i forwarde him my estimate from mayflower and hired them . this is when the nightmare began !!

the truck was 2 day's late from our agreed pick up date . i had to cancel anf rebook airline tickets , only 2 men showed up and neither one of them spoke fluent english . the truck had no mrkings on it and they said it was a rental  ?? richard the salesperson promised 4 - 6 guy's it took untill 2 am for them tp load the truck !! i then get a call the next day saying my price went up by 30 % !! becuse after weighing the truck my items weighed more !! i was never told by richard about the truck being weighed , he said the price was guaranteed . of course when i called he would not get on the phone , the girl said i have to speak to customer service only !! my items arrived ( 6 day's later than promised ) and i had to pay the extra monies or they would nor release my furniture . several day's later while my wife was unpacking we noticed many boxes were opened and some of out items were missing !! i am a real easy going guy but this expierience has drove me crazy !!

after further investigation i found that i really wanted to use was CASCADE MOVING AND STORAGE IN SEATTLE after contacting them they said that what happened to me has happened alot . they told me to call the wsahington truckin assoc at 253-838-1650 , which i di . i spoke to a very nice gentleman named brian who told me this is happening to many many people in the seattle area and that this co is under investigation !! ibelieve strongly in karma and hope you listen to what i am saying avoid CASCADE RELOCATION IN KENT WA !! thank you
