 I am very moved by the responce from my first report.Since that report I have done more research(very,very discreetly) on what's going on.Now I know that there are families out there that have not come forward yet.It is very understandable,and I respect you for your choice.Please know that my heart goes out to all the families,and that justice will be done.For a reminder for people who don't know,I am a caseworker that works in children&family services of Schoharie county NY.I have been slowly doing research in hopes that it will help change what is.
    There has been an increase of secret meetings,scrutiny,whispers,and misdealings in the department(cps).Every phone call,memo,fax,signed papers,etc. have to go through Sandy Wood.Julie Sammons may be the dept. head-but Sandy Wood has final say.Julie Sammons may be nice-but don't trust her.She will sacrifice anyone to cover herself from being prosecuted.We will get to more of her later.Sandy Wood is power hungry,manipulative and self absorbed.I have seen&heard first hand what she is capable of.I also have personal knowledge of her on again-off again affair with David Lapanelle.I hope by research and knowledge first hand-will help the victims of this county.She(Sandy Wood) has destroyed families for years,and its sickening to know that I know about it.Even though I cry myself to sleep with this knowledge,I keep going.Sandy has fabricated documents,used intimidation tactics with law enforcement,lied in open court and has made false hotline reports on parents that she is involved with-mainly every parent.Sandy's adopted daughter has a child-with a child molester.The child should have been taken away,but she used her position to her advantage.And of course she was seen in front of none other than the honorable Judge Bartlett.Where it was sweeped under the rug.

     Now when a parent does everything that they are asked to do by family court and children services,its not enough.I have seen caseworkers(and myself unfortunately)be sent to homes of those families.I would be sent to upset the parents if you will,and to then report back that the parent(s) were uncooperative,aggressive and threatening.When that was reported back by caseworkers,papaerwork would be started-violations,orders of protection,petitions-and any other document that can be filed against the parent(s).Last week I witnessed urine tests being given-not by protocal either.Caseworkers are not supposed to have parent(s) take tests in their homes.They are only to be done at the CDC,or in the Social Services building.

   Children Services uses mental health services and the CDC against parents in family court.Do not trust either of those services-they do not protect your information or privacy.Most of the court appointed lawyers are corrupt as well.David Lapanelle is the family court attorney for childrens services-but also has a private practice as well.It should be reported to the BAR Association.

     Please know that I read every report that is posted,and urge more families to come forward.It is my goal to help everyone I can with what I am doing.Please contact the FBI,the media,newspapers,even the Albany Children Services with your info and story of your experience.I will post more information soon-please have hope.
