This company needs to go to jail and pay back all the money that they have cost people, i feel that if you are not able to help someone you shouldn't mis lead them. this company have changed my ling quarters and my life thanks a f***ing lot

Sounds like you were scammed. It may or may not have been this company. It could be an individual scammer that used the company name and a spoofed phone number.
There are tons of complaints on this site and elsewhere on the net detailing exactly how this scam works. The scammer keeps asking for upfront money for various bogus fees to obtain the loan. The scammer keeps asking until the victim catches onto the scam or runs out of money.
Did you actually get a loan or just end up paying up front fees?
Did you realize that no lender in the US can legally charge an up front fee for a consumer loan?
What the scammer did was wrong. What you did is equally wrong (getting the funds from someone else). Hopefully you have the resources to repay your friend the funds you borrowed to participate in this scam. I'm not defending the scammer at all. If you don't have the funds, you will need to either sell some items around the house to get enough money to repay or get a second job to get the funds to repay your friend.
Go to the FTC(dot)gov site and read up on financial scams so you aren't taken advantage of in the future.
