Cash Advance America promising a loan I gave them money using a "reloadable card", gave them the number on the back. Told me I need to pay taxes. Gave them more money. They want more money to insure. I told them no loan please. Rerfund. They said NO, mocked me and hung up on me 5 times. They stole almost $600 because I am STUPID and was desperate. Ohio

told me I had to pay taxes and the first payment to get my loan.  After almost $600 they told me i needed to insure the loan.  I told them what they were telling me is wrong and that I don't want the loan and want a refund.  They mocked me and said NO and hung up on me repeatedly. They never told me anything was non-refundable and were laughing that they scammed me.
