Cash Advance America Totally took everything I had. California

I needed a payday loan so I went to there website and applied. I got a phone call saying I qualified for 1000 dollars. They took all my information and told my that before my loan could be approved that I would have to go and purchase a 110.00 dollar green dot card so like an idiot I did.  Scratched it off and gave them the number. was on hold over and hour waiting for them to tell me I got my loan. 

They came back on the line and said I could not be approved because my credit score was too low and I would have to pay 83.00 more dollars so like an idiot, I went and pawned some jewlery, so I could get some more money. I got another green dot card, scratched it off, gave them the number and waited another hour. They came back on the line and said that my social security number was flagged and for 250 more dollars I could get my loan.

I told them I had no more money and then they proceed to tell me that if I dont pay that amount then I will pay a 450 dollar cancellation fee and that my social security number will be blocked and I will never get another loan anywhere.  So after more than 6 hours of dealing with this company I have no loan, and no money. I cant believe people actually do this to people who are hard working individuals trying to survive.  I am not sure what my next step is.
