I have been receiving calls at my job as well on my cell form a guy with a stong Indian accent using the name of  John Anderson that states He's from Cash Advance Of America pay day loans. PHONE NUMBER ....1-972-996-3234...When I asked him to provide me the information that He has well guess what?????? He could not supply it becuase thay have already filed this in the courts. Then I suggested that I wanted them to faxed information to me so that they could provide me proof. He told me that I should have received the papers by mail ....YEAH RIGHT, then I demanded that he should email me and He kept sayng that He did,  beleive me I have never  seen any emais from them.....again YEAH RIGHT!.

Finally I wanted Mr Anderson to provide me with their FAX NUMBER , He then became very,  ANGRY and said why should I. I kept asking for the number and He then said in an very angry tone ...WHY...WHY what are you planning on doing....your own INVESTIGATION.... AND I SAID YES, becuase you are a SCAMMER and guess what happened........HE SLAMMED his phone down on me.

FYI.... The account that He claims they deposited the money in on 8/2000 has been CLOSED  since 7/2011 .
Finally ....My last words were I have my proof and I will talking to my Lawyer and taking you to court...........Consumers BE AWARE.......I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF FRAUD.
