I'm filing a report against Cash Advance USA whom is being represented by Gary Cole.They claim that I received a loan from them for the amount of $350.00. I never received anything form them.

They have my bank name, social security number, address, date of birth, place of employment, and phone number. I did contact Chase about this matter when it first came to my attention. I took the neccessary steps with them. But I see this company is persistent in harassing me.
