cash advance usa saying they're suing me for a loan i did not receive and they will not leave me alone. Internet

I received a phone call from a lawyers office in a different country stating they had filed a lawsuit against me with my name and social security number.  He quoted my number to me but I would not verify it to him but in fact it was my number.  I asked who I was talking to but they would not give me any information.  I then told them not to call me again and hung up.

These people called me again today.  He told me his name was David and stated the lawsuit was from Cash Advance USA.  The suit is filed under my name and social and again he quoted my ss number to me.  He would not give me any other information.  He tried to read to me an affidavit but I refused to listen. 

I told him I was recording the conversation and that this was fraud because I had not received any money from anybody.  That is when "David" hung up on me.
