Cash Auto Rental XPress Rent A Car Liar, Manipulative, Thief Anaheim California

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SUPPOSED BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE. The owner Alex is a manipulative liar and ultimately thief. His cars are as far from advertised as you can get. They are full of cigaret burnt seats and carpet. Dents everywhere. Alex will act all nice nice to get you to rent his car. He will charge you a rediculous daily fee then even more refdiculous deposit of 2-300 dollars (CASH) which YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN. I rented the car for 11 days. I returned it just as I received the rent a wreck. That was three months ago. I have gone back now 8 times trying to get my deposit returned. He has now phonied up a contract that I NEVER SIGNED NOR DOES IT HAVE A SIGNATURE ON IT ANYWHERE. This new contract he made up after I returned the vehicle has surcharges galore. Raising the AGREED UPON rate of $49.00 a day to somewhere around $70.00 a day. Eating up all the deposit. Now he's claiming that oh I sent you a check for $24.00 back in October. NOT TRUE! Another lie!! Had he sent me a check or even acknowledged me and my deposit. no check as ever sent/received. I have gone there (8) times to get my deposit back. He's avoided me every time. He has some front man there that just says "he will call you" and takes my number ever time and NOTHING HAPPENS. this swindler Alex is never there because everyone whos rented a car from him in good faith continue to come back to get there deposits. I have run into a cal of them myself trying to get my deposit back. He's just nothing more than an immigrant crook out to swindle people. Counting on the fact that you will just give up and stop returning to his office to get your deposit back. NOT THE CASE ALEX!!! I'm taking you to court so prepare to be served you crook!!! I RECOMEND TO EVERYONE THAT YOU STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMMON THIEF!!! I KNOW ITS GOING TO BE HARD FOR YOU ALEX TO FIGURE OUT WHO THIS CUSTOMER IS SINCE YOU HAVE RIPPED OFF SO MANY SO ILL SIGN IT FOR YOU.. DAMON!!!
