cash call mortgage dis honest, mis represantaion, outright lie by agents. san diego California

over past year I have tried to refinance my mortgage with cash call to a lower rate. they advertise a low rate on thier site when you call they confrirm the rate and ask you to send the doccuments tax returns ans.... you are under the impression that you are getting the low rate but after all is said and done they tell you sorry the rates have gone up since then and they offer you a higher rate. this has happened to me 3 times. finally I decided enough is enough. I tried to called the upper managment and let them know. of course that was another ordeal. they are non exsistant and ot non reachable. after soending a whome day and calling cash call customer service 5 times and explaing the situation they would not let me talk to a manger.

dont be taken dont waste your time. you are not getting the low advertised rate eventhough they promis it to you.
