i had a loan from cash call for 11 mos and on the 12th i was unable to pay on the 1st so i made arrangement to pay on the 15th. i call them and told them i will pay on the 26 which i did and every day since them they been calling me at less 15 times a day repeating the same thing some was very rude cursing ,theating .how can a bussiness be like this? they double my interest rate and charge me 180.00 cause i was late even the i paid the 216.55 the same month.

they called my job just as much they called my home about 15 times or more i ask them please don't call my job back to back this is harrestment that when the lady curse me out like i'm a dog, like that really did not get there money .i had never seen nothing like this how can they still in bussiness with the things they do. why can't some one check them out to see how they really is. everybody is not making this up if you or anyone know a way let use know

My story of the company like cash call

I had an experience where a Collection Company was phoning my wife, who had nothing to do with my gas credit card.
They sent a letter to my mail box ( I lived in Canda then ) stating they would ruin my credit and that I would never be able to buy a house etc.

I phoned and told them I would make full payment in two weeks. I was paying them by money order before that and got behind through sickness. My wife was not working because she had an operation where she needed blood and was given Hepitites B. ( No payout if you got the B before 1984 ) only if you received blood with HIV suing the hopital/Dr. was a Min. of 10,000 up front. )

Ok I just asked them to stop calling my wife when I was not home. They didn't and finally she was scared and crying when I came home in the afternoon.

( Do not do what I did ) Before my sickness ( for 6 months ) I was a downtown club owners self employed accountant and a band leader ( rock band )

I drove to the Collections office walked in and said I'm Mr B______ and I have one thing to say to you leave my wife alone or me and a couple of boys from downtown are going to re-arrange your fruniture OK

I never got another letter and paid off the bill in the 2 weeks. I also wrote a letter to the gas company not hire low life goons ever again.....gave my credit card back after 20 years of using it..........Never heard from either.

My credit was never ruined or they never did a thing....

To bad I used the power of ( who you know ) and not the law.

But it worked............That was 23 years ago.

Thanks you Jim and Truth, very well said. If cash call thinks for one min that there bull is going to get me down, they fail to see what there working with.

A mother of 8 children, never lived on welfare or asked for anything to help raise my children.

A navy wife and a widow at 41.

Remarried, almost lost my husband to copd.

Worked two jobs until SSI came through this year and without back pay. (Yes, we lived through that nightmare. Husband on Life support and in rehab for 3 months and SSI said he could of worked. Never once did I ask for a thing, lost my health insurance, almost my car.

Just hung in there, until I was dead stupid and asked to borrow from Cash Call.

THEN AFTER ALL THAT

Walked into work after 4 yrs of service and we all were told. You don't have a job, we have sold our business.

AND CASH CALL THINKS THERE GOING TO GET ME DOWN...KMA

Christ preaches constantly throughout the gospels about the dangers of seeking excessive wealth where salvation is concerned. Somehow you hypocrites on the political Right seem to think that your quest for obscene wealth at the expense of starving the poor leads you to salvation. However, companies like yours that exploit the realities of wage disparity in the U.S. to profit off the backs of the poor act in direct opposition to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Sure, Jesus says to give unto God what is God's and unto Ceasar what is Ceasar's...but you are neither of these. You are nothing less than the hired gun of a second-rate loan shark. The consequences of your actions will be understood when you have to explain to God and his son Jesus Christ why you gauged the poor for profit.

Richard - that's what the people at cash call are. You don't need to collect cash; you need to be sprayed with RAID and exterminated. I would love it if a bunch of people took out loans with you guys, waited 90-120 days, withstood all of the idiocy you people do to collect money, and then all of them BK7 on you. I would be laughing my tail off. I know exactly where the Brookhurst office is - I might just bring the RAID with me for fun and entertainment.

No professional collector would engage in the practices that your collectors do. It's getting to the point that I now highly recommend people who know they're going to have to declare BK at some point in the forseeable future to get some money from Cash Call, have as much fun as you can with the money, wait out the phone calls (I'd even consider disconnecting the phone or getting a new cell with the money you get from these idiots), and then declare BK7.

BTW, you should thank Deb - at least she's living up to a responsibility she believes she owes you by filing BK13. I wouldn't even give you one thought for a minute, except to laugh at you when the paperwork is filed and then laugh at your collectors trying to collect a debt they'll never get.

Yes, I am advocating people to not be responsible for the debts incurred through the loans they get from Cash Call. It seems only equitable since you have no compassion for customers, they should have no compassion for you.

If you believe for a minute you think you're a professional collector - then see if you live by the guidelines of the FDCPA and collect for Cash Call. I know - you don't have to; you hide like a little girl under the protection of being a first-party collector. If you can live by the FDCPA and still collect you past dues, then I would say you're on your way to being a pro. On the other hand - I doubt seriously you can because you lack the skills to finesse money from people the way a professional collector can and does.

If you have to come here and tell people to take responsibility, they will as soon as you stop exploiting people with real problems? Bottom line - you would be out of business in less than one year if you couldn't exploit the poor and the misinformed.

You can sit at your desk at Cash Call and dictate what you feel is true or not. But, what makes you judge and jury in this world?
What you have judge to be a company in good clean standing is no more than the pit of what our world has come to. I can say that standing on my two feet is about the only thing I have besides the love of my friends and family. May be one poor SOB but I am happy to be alive and smelling the roses of true life.
Your company has taken me to where I dont' want to go, refused to help me when I called being truthful of my situation. They have called my friends, family and me...cussed, told me to let my husband die, not to feed my family and live in the streets.
Your out numbered when you talk about god and how unchristian we all are....I can tell you that I live my life in the eyes of god and he has given me a good life.

KMA???? Yeah I believe I know what that is and quite frankly that is not very christian like now is it. The bottom line is this. You and all the other professional debtors out there need to start taking responsibility. It's too bad the laws allow you to hide behind them. Lying to gain sympathy is pathetic....You knew what the loan was when they gave it to you. You agreed to the terms and now they want their money back and you refused to be a responsible member of society. You really are a Cancer to the economy. Oh and since I dont go around claiming to be a christian.......KMA and quit crying !!!

There is one thing that I can tell you, your people have no business being in collections. They have cussed, threatened the meeker people of this world. But, when you took me on, you took on a wild cat.

Just to tell you that I have filed Chapter 13, your employee was given the # to call and the acct # to use. The had the nerve to call me back and tell me that I was a d**n lier and this company had not heard of me. But, what he fail to know is the company that I use was on the other line letting me know the behavior they had with her. She knew he was going to do that, it has happened to another person, that was her backup call to your s**t you pull.
Get a clue, what goes around comes back to haunt you all in the long run. Your life will never be right in the eyes of god.

No lets she whom is blowing smoke.....TELL ME TO NOT BUY MY HUSBANDS MEDICATION THAT HE IS DYING ANYWAY....

I am a manager for Cash Call and never once has anybody interest rate been doubled, raised or altered from the original contract with the exception of being lowered regarding our assistance program. Cash Call has never even lowered interest with our the debtor signing giving authorization. Let me give you something to think about..........would there be any reason for Cash Call to call you if your loan was current?

Chapter 13 is my link out of this company, but in truth I would of loved to screw them like they screwed all of us.

When I lost my job suddenly, I knew a home, food and medication for my husband was the most important thing to deal with. They told me not to pay my rent and to forget about buying my husbands medication..**Quote** UNQuote---he was dying anyway so why bother.
SOB's they will get there money but in a stretch of five years.
