Cash Call ripoff Fountain Valley California

Yeah, I got a loan from them too, and realized that they were a rip-off charging that outragous 85%. I was just trying to pay my bills. When I got laid off I contacted them and requested if my payments could be lowered, they flat out said "NO", and never mentioned that I can put it in default for 2 payments. I couldn't pay it on time, then came the harrassment calls and threatening me to take me to court. Still no mention of defaulting the loan.

Then once I did get a job, they tried to tell me that they were going to garnish my check, I told them to "Do what you got to do" that's when they wanted to talk about defaulting my loan for 2 payments. Long story short, I'm still behind and still being treatened every day. DON'T DO IT!! It's a scam for the desperate to get us trapped!
