I fell behind on payments and have done everything I could to make them happy. I even started to make arrangements to split payments bi-weekly to evenly spread them out. They have called me several times a day and left threatening messages to the point that we leave the answering machine on to screen calls. They have called my work and made threats and even passed themselves off as my wife and to call her back because it was an emergency. My wife called them and they in no certain terms called the call takers stupid at my work for falling for it. I would like to make them hurt but feel that I will have to get a debt counseling and consolidation to get them paid.

this is in response to your previous comment about debt consolidation. I have actually went through a consolidation company who helped me get cash call to settle. so I finally got this guys off my shoulders.for proof of payment cash call sent my contract in the mail w/ a "paid In full" stamp. as of right now i'm in the process of repairing my credit to finally get my credit back up. Superior Debt is the best to deal with. hope that helps. have a wonderful day.

Unfortunately, I tried to get Cash Call into a debt consolidation program and tried to lower the interest rate. They would have no part of it. They finally decided that they would take the payment from a third party, which at first they said they would not do. So the only thing they would accept was the full payment or they would reject it.
