Cash Central Dan Unethical and highly unprofessional Internet

I am writing this report in an attempt to warn others that may have fallen on hard times. I reached out to Cash Central for assistance as I have a few times in the past. At first, everything seemed to be normal until I could not make the scheduled payment (severe family medical problem). I paid the outragiosly expensive interest fees and spoke to a representative on the phone and clearly agreed to make the payment in two weeks.

Little did I know, they were charging my account as we spoke even while the agreement was made to wait the two weeks. When I noticed the charge, I called customer service and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with "Dan". Dan would not tell me his last name even after I asked a second time. He proceeded to tell me that I have made no effort to make a payment even though I had made the interest payments as scheduled and that I have not spoken to anyone there dispite thier attempts to contact me. He refused to acknowledge the conversation I had with a different representative the previous day or the agreement that was made.

His response was "Look, we have your bank information. We can charge you whenever we want and however much we want and we do not need any permision to do so"

Now, I do not have the funds to cover fuel to and from work and food for my children because they decided to randomly charge my account and it brought it to $0.

I have never dealt with a more unprofesional individual and company for that matter. I really hope that people will read this and do business elsewhere. A company that conducts business this way and allows or teaches employees to act this way should be brought to light.

Jim,

I am not sure what you may get out of randomly responding to this report but I am certain that everyone could do without your rambling nonsense. You know nothing about me, my life, my situation or the conversations that took place.

I clearly mentioned that I entered into an aggreement with them but that is not the point. I suggest taking a look at your reading competency. One of the reasons for this report was to point out the unprofesionalism I experienced with this individual named Dan. From what I can tell, your name is Jim and you do not even work for that company. I may be missing something but I have to ask, what is it that you bring to this report? It seems to me that you are just another random person that is lacking substance in life and you litteraly have nothing else to do but stick your nose and unwanted opinions where they do not belong. It could be different if you knew this person, the company or me. It is clear that you do not know any of us so you are either a liar or simply that pathetic. Either way you are equally irrelevant.

I would like to know where you came up with the following assumption.

"Once again in your life you seem to think making payments on time is optional"

Do you have anything to back up this statement? The answer is no you do not.

I would like to take a second to apologize on behalf of humanity for whatever it is that causes you to be the way that you are. I do not know if it is loneliness, incompetence, impotence or any combination of those but there is clearly something wrong with you. Admitting it to yourself is the first step on the road to recovery. From what I am guessing it will be a short, pathetic, soft and lonely journey but you are already well accustomed to that. Maybe then you will get to experience a long, rock hard, confident and never disapointing life.

So heres to you and your everlasting search for relevance!

Unprofessional?

 YOU gave them YOUR bank info. YOU defaulted on the deep subprime loan. As such, YOU brought these consequences upon yourself. It was YOU who made the commitment to make payments on time and once again in your life you seem to think making payments on time is optional. No, I don't work for them.
