 Casey first gave us another bid from another company. That company ended up being non exsistant, we hired him to retire shower. Gave him a check for half down labor n materials. He tore apart the shower, started to build a step that wasn't in the bid or spoke of, he had my fiancé go purchase materials for him, claiming he forgot and could pay him back. He also was given gas money on 2 occasions. He worked maby 2 hours. He refused to give any money back. Purchased wrong tile and not enough, can't return as they state wasn't purchased at menards. Recieved several threats from his wife Then he would send obscene text in the middle of the night. Very odd behavior. We gave him multiple opportunities to pick up his tools he did not show up. Then proceeded to call the police department thing we refused to him multiple opportunities to pick up his tools he did not show up. Then proceeded to call the police department thing we refused to get on that give them back. Police were shown messages and he picked tools up. Have contact attorney general because I'm disabled.
