Cash-Flow-Kit is a fraud.

Today I discovered a charge on my credit card in the amount of $159.00 by a company Suppnow.com.  I called the telephone number listed by statement for the company to inquire about this unauthorized charge.  The person I spoke with told me that I had signed up for Cash-Flow-Kit for $1.00 with a "trial period" of 3 days.  He further stated that since the account was not cancelled within the 3 days, that is why my credit card was charged the $159.00.

When I explained to him the account and charges were unauthorized he stated it must have been since they have my name, credit card information and email address.  I restated this was unauthorized and wanted a refund.  He said no refund would be issued since I did not "cancel".  When I asked to speak with a supervisor,  I was told there was no supervisor to speak to.

I asked the representative what the name of the company was.  I was told the name of the company is "Your Online Order".  He gave me the address of 12760 Park Ave. # 1610, Riverton, UT 84065.  When I asked him who "Suppnow.com" that was listed on my credit card statement with his telephone number was, and who was Cash-Flow-Kit, I was told it was an affliate.

I pulled up Suppnow.com on the internet and the "customer service" number is the one I called.  An address for the company is not listed.  Also, when I attempted to pull up Cash-Flow-Kit.com the website does not exist.

I called my credit card company for assistance and to file a dispute.  My credit card representative further informed me that the $159.00 charge was set up for reoccurring monthly charges and said I needed to cancel the account with Suppnow.com.  My representative called the same number I had called earlier and did a three-way call with "Suppnow.com" (the company listed on my statement).  The second representative stated the same as the first one I spoke with.  When again asked to remove my card and cancel all future charges, the representative would not listen to my credit card representative and denied that the account was set up for reoccurring charges and refused to process a refund.

When we further inquired about who the company was and what the initial charge was, we were referred to securecfk.com for the "terms and conditions".

The final outcome of the call to Suppnow.com aka Your Online Order aka Cash-Flow-Kit was unproductive.  They refused to cancel any reoccurring charges, refused to cancel the account, and refused to process a refund.  Ultimately I had to cancel my credit card and file an official dispute with my credit card company.  DO NOT do business with this company and if you are a victim of fraud as I was, be prepared for a fight.
