So I was under yhe assumption that cash flow kit was 1 $ callwd my card and they took $79 from my card. I need help with the steps on how to dispute these charges. Also when I put in the website its not founded

They rip me off and that person i was talk name Derek Lawson and He ask me if I have $3700 to invest to his company and told him that I want that $79.00 refund back and He refuse to refund back to me TOTAL SCAM and I would like that person arrest Please
