Cash In Hand Breach of Contract, Stolen vehicle, Falsified verbal agreement, Falsified contract, Abandoned storefront without notice. Riverside, California

The individual who owns "Cash in Hand" the Car Title Loan Co. breached our contract which resulted in the loss of my vehicle yesterday. I owned a 2001 Lexus GS 430 valued at $13,000 - $15,000 and I only borrowed $900. 

We have been current in our payments however when Mr. Bill left the company suddenly, the whole business deteriorated! Our car was towed from our house, and they claimed we were late with payments. 

We asked for documentation of our loan and a record of all payments made, and they refused.  We began dealing with a man who we have never heard of, named Gilbert Nieto and entered a verbal agreement with this individual when the car was repossessed on August 23. 

He told us that we had 10 days from the day it was towed to pay this balance and before our final due date to bring him the remaining balance, he never answered our calls or returned our voicemails. Please help. 

I am going to file an injunction, so that he cannot sell the car. All we want is the car back. We have his balance of $2500. he just won't except it. Now today when I went to the office I signed the contract in, the place is totally vacant! 

A property management co advertises the place is avail for lease. I am at my wits end. I am contacting an attorney now.
